2. Warranty Coverage

This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use and proper maintenance. Specifically included are:
Key components: Chassis, main motor, driving system, control system.
Electronic systems: PLC controller, battery management system (BMS), wiring harness.

3. Warranty Exclusions 

The warranty does not cover:
Consumable parts: Side brushes, main brush, filter elements, belts, etc.
Improper use: Damage caused by accident, misuse, neglect, or operation beyond specified limits.
Unauthorized modification: Any alteration or repair not performed or authorized by us.
Normal wear and tear: Gradual performance degradation due to regular use.
Acts of nature: Damage from fire, flood, earthquake, or other force majeure events.

4. Our Service Commitment 

Remote Technical Support: We provide lifelong free online guidance on for operation and troubleshooting.

Spare Parts Supply: We guarantee a stable supply of genuine spare parts for at least 10 years after the product is discontinued.
On-Site Service (Optional): For critical issues that cannot be resolved remotely, we can dispatch our engineers for on-site support (costs negotiable based on specific situations).

5. Claim Process 

Should any problem occur, please contact us through the following steps:

Describe & Provide: Clearly describe the issue and provide the machine model, serial number, and videos/photos of the problem.
Diagnosis: Our engineers will diagnose the issue remotely and provide a solution (e.g., guide repair, send replacement parts).
Solution: If necessary, we will arrange the shipment of replacement parts at the lowest cost (often free of charge within warranty) via fast courier (DHL, FedEx, etc.).
